FLAT & SHOP DEVELOPMENT – London
This £3.5 million Design and Build project was carried out for Wandsworth Borough Council. It involved the construction of 11 new-build one and two bedroom flat units, together with the complete refurbishment of 18 adjacent flat units. This refurbishment took place while existing occupants were in residence.
A Level 3 was achieved on the ‘Code For Sustainable Homes’ rating, with the aid of super-insulation and roof mounted PV panels.
The ground floor creates 4 new shop units which will help this contemporary new building bring vibrancy back to a challenging inner London site.
