FLAT DEVELOPMENT – Northampton
Conversion of a former 19th Century boot and shoe factory in Northampton.
The contemporary ‘loft’ style design of eight one and two bed flats was produced for Lloyd-Thomas Developments.
The scheme retained the character of the Victorian building, while providing an exciting town centre development with its own under-croft parking.
Lloyd-Thomas Developments sold the building after obtaining full planning permission, and the building has now been fully converted and occupied.
