FLAT DEVELOPMENT – Hemel Hempstead
This £2.5 million project was completed for Dacorum Borough Council on a Design and Build basis for Keepmoat Ltd. It involved the complete refurbishment of the existing 1950’s apartment block and the construction of 6 one and two bed units on the roof.
The refurbishment took place while existing occupants were in residence and involved 26 new balconies, new composite aluminium doors and windows, new insulated roofing and over cladding the whole building with insulated board cladding and synthetic render.
