110 NEW FLATS – Milton Keynes
Conversion and refurbishment of a 9 storey, 1970’s office block into one and two bedroom flats. With the creation of 6 new-build Penthouse units on the roof the scheme provides 110 new flats, and has assisted with the regeneration of the centre of Bletchley.
Lloyd-Thomas Architects were appointed as Design Coordinators of this £8.5 million project, to manage a team of Consultants, and assist Apollo (London) Ltd contractors to deliver the project on time and budget.
