VILLA EXTENSION – Warwickshire

Contemporary extension to Edwardian villa within the Conservation Area of Leamington Spa. The exposed steel rafters articulate the shaped roof and support a substantial overhang above the fully glazed folding doors. The large rooflights provide natural light to the depth of the plan.

The roof covering is a combination of ‘pre-weathered’ zinc sheet and a ‘green’ planted Sedum, helping to increase the bio-diversity upon the site, and reduce the environmental impact of the scheme.
