THE OLD RECTORY – Northants

Lloyd-Thomas Architects have completed numerous projects upon this Grade II* listed site. Approval was obtained for works to various 18th and 19th century buildings.

Projects have included conversion and refurbishment of a redundant Bakehouse into a two- bed annex, the design for a flat conversion within the roof-space over the listed Stables, and alterations and a small extension beside the Kitchen to the main house.
